To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

Refund Processing

Approval Notification: After your refund request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

UPI Payments: If the purchase was made via UPI, the refund will be processed back to the same UPI ID used during the transaction.

Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds to cards may take additional time depending on the bank’s processing times.
